Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by BLC TRENDS LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
Service-Based Refund Conditions
As a provider of professional digital marketing services, our engagements involve the allocation of specialized resources, time, and expertise. Refund eligibility is determined based on the following conditions:
- Pre-Commencement Cancellation: If a client cancels a service engagement before work has commenced, a full refund of any prepaid fees will be issued, less any administrative processing fees.
- Partial Service Delivery: If a client requests cancellation after work has begun, a prorated refund may be issued for the portion of services not yet delivered, at the Company's discretion.
- Completed Services: No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully delivered and completed in accordance with the agreed-upon scope of work.
Limitations
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- Dissatisfaction with campaign performance or marketing results, as outcomes are influenced by numerous factors beyond the Company's control, including market conditions, competition, and client-side variables
- Failure by the client to provide required access, information, or approvals in a timely manner
- Third-party costs, including but not limited to advertising spend, software subscriptions, and media purchases, which are non-refundable once incurred
- Services rendered under promotional or discounted arrangements, unless otherwise specified
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding services or refund eligibility, we encourage clients to contact us directly to discuss concerns and seek resolution. We are committed to addressing disputes promptly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, disputes shall be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within fifteen (15) business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
