These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by BLC TRENDS LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services

BLC TRENDS LLC provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, marketing strategy development, paid advertising management, search engine optimization, social media marketing, and content creation. The specific scope of services for each engagement shall be defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work between the Company and the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the performance of services. Clients must ensure timely review and approval of deliverables, grant necessary access to platforms and accounts, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to their business and marketing activities.

Payment Terms

Payment terms shall be specified in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due upon receipt. The Company reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BLC TRENDS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property created by the Company in the course of providing services shall remain the property of BLC TRENDS LLC until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the client shall receive a license to use the deliverables as specified in the service agreement. The Company retains the right to use anonymized case studies and portfolio examples derived from client work.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information received from the other party during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement upon written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered through the date of termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
